San Antonio Spurs star De’Aaron Fox is listed on the injury report ahead of the team’s game against the Utah Jazz on Saturday night. So, is Fox playing tonight vs. the Jazz?

Fox’s injury status was initially in question, but he has been ruled out due to left adductor tightness/illness, per the NBA injury report.

The Spurs most recently earned a 117-102 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Christmas Day. It was a statement victory as San Antonio defeated the best team in the NBA. The Spurs have clearly figured something out against the Thunder, which will serve them well in a potential postseason series.

San Antonio wants to continue to build momentum, however. Playing without Fox on Saturday will be far from ideal, but the 23-7 Spurs will remain confident against the 11-19 Jazz.

As for the question of if De’Aaron Fox is playing tonight vs. the Jazz, the answer is no.
