The Miami Heat (16-15) snapped a three-game losing streak on Friday night and returns home to face the free-falling Indiana Pacers (6-25), who have lost seven in a row and own the NBA’s worst record, at the Kaseya Center in Miami as both teams play the back end of back-to-backs on Saturday night.

Norman Powell scored 25 points on Friday night as the Heat rolled to a 126-111 road victory over the Atlanta Hawks. Pelle Larsson added 21 points, Andrew Wiggins scored 18, and Kel’el Ware went for 16 points and 13 rebounds as Miami rolled without Bam Adebayo (sore lower back) and Tyler Herro (bruised right big toe). The Heat led by as much as 17, pulling away in the fourth quarter.

Indiana struggled defensively on Friday night in a 140-122 loss to the visiting Boston Celtics as Boston hit 56.6% overall and was 20-of-39 from 3-point range. Andrew Nembhard led the Pacers with 18 points and eight assists while Bennedict Mathurin and T.J. McConnell scored 13 points apiece. 

Powell scores an average of 23.8 points for Miami, with Wiggins getting 15.9 points per game. Ware puts up 12.4 points and 10.7 rebounds a night, and Davion Mitchell dishes out 7.4 assists per contest. Pascal Siakam averages 23.1 points and 6.8 boards for the Pacers, while Mathurin scores 18.2 points per game, Nembhard gets 17.4 points and 6.5 assists per game, and Jay Huff leads the NBA at 2.4 blocks per game.
