In Thursday’s victory over the Thunder, De’Aaron Fox led the way for the Spurs as he recorded 29 points and four rebounds while Victor Wembanyama added 19 points and 11 rebounds of his own off the bench.

Now San Antonio will try to grab another victory at home on Saturday as they face off against a struggling Jazz team.

On the other side, Utah enters Saturday’s contest with an 11-19 record after defeating the Detroit Pistons at home on Friday night.

Keyonte George led the way for the Jazz in Friday’s victory as he ended the game with 31 points, seven rebounds and eight assists while Lauri Markkanen recorded 30 points, four rebounds and four assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Saturday night’s matchup, both squads may be without some of their key players due to injuries.

For the Jazz, they have four players listed on their injury report, including rookie guard Ace Bailey.

Utah has ruled out Bailey due to a left hip flexor sprain that he suffered in Friday’s victory over the Pistons.

With Bailey sidelined, Brice Sensabaugh and Taylor Hendricks could be in line for larger roles.

The Jazz have also ruled out Kevin Love due to rest while Walker Kessler and Georges Niang remains sidelined while recovering from injuries.

San Antonio has ruled out Fox due to left adductor tightness as he will miss his first game since November 7.

With Fox sidelined, Dylan Harper and Julian Champagnie would be the top candidates to replace him in the starting lineup alongside Stephon Castle in the backcourt.
