In Thursday’s loss to the Nuggets, Anthony Edwards led the way for the Timberwolves as he recorded 44 points and six rebounds while Julius Randle added 32 points, seven rebounds and six assists of his own.
Now Minnesota will try to bounce back on Saturday night as they face off against a struggling Nets team at home.
On the other side, Brooklyn enters Saturday’s contest with a 9-19 record after defeating the Philadelphia 76ers on the road on Tuesday night.

Michael Porter Jr. led the way for the Nets in Tuesday’s victory as he ended the game with 28 points and five rebounds while Egor Demin recorded 20 points and five assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Saturday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.
Nets Injury Report, Will Cam Thomas Play?
For the Nets, they have only one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out Haywood Highsmith as he continues to recover from offseason knee surgery.

The good news for Brooklyn is that Cam Thomas is off their injury report and will return on Saturday after being sidelined since November 2 due to a hamstring strain.
This is massive news for the Nets as they will get their sharpshooting guard back against the Timberwolves, though he will likely be on a minutes restriction.
Drake Powell will also return for the Nets on Saturday night after he missed the last two games due to an ankle injury.
Timberwolves Injury Report, Will Anthony Edwards, Mike Conley Play?
On the other side, the Timberwolves have four players listed on their injury report, including both Edwards and Mike Conley.

Minnesota has listed Edwards as available for Saturday despite him dealing with right shoulder soreness after he was able to go through shootaround ahead of their game against the Nets.
This is great news for the Timberwolves as Edwards has put together another great season and he will likely have a larger role once again on Saturday.
Conley has also been listed as available as Minnesota will not choose to rest him against the Nets while Rob Dillingham has been listed as questionable with an illness.

The Timberwolves have ruled out Terrence Shannon Jr. due to a left foot sprain that sidelined him late in Thursday’s loss to the Nuggets.
