The Oklahoma City Thunder will host the Atlanta Hawks on Monday. This will be the second matchup of the season between the two squads. Last time, OKC enjoyed an easy win on Oct. 25.
The Thunder (27-5) had a get-right game in a 129-104 win over the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 27 points and Chet Holmgren had 29 points in the stress-free victory.
Meanwhile, the Hawks (15-18) have lost six in a row. They experienced a heartbreaker in s 128-125 loss to the New York Knicks on Saturday. Onyeka Okongwu had his 31-point and 14-rebound double-double spoiled by the result.

Another buzzer-beater as Daniels scored on the jumper. Giving up 74 points to the Hawks without Young and Johnson is pretty bad. The Thunder defense hasn’t been sharp. Too many offensive rebounds and not forcing enough turnovers.
Risacher with the corner 3-pointer. Thunder call a timeout. Defense continues to be a problem these last handful of games. At least Gilgeous-Alexander is cooking with 17 points already.
Alexander-Walker just went behind the back and swished in a halfcourt shot despite a tight contest from Caruso. Hawks almost had 40 points in the 1Q against the Thunder. Defense continues to be a problem, specifically on second-chance looks.
So far, the Hawks are winning the possession battle. Already taken nine more shot attempts than the Thunder. Okongwu made a 3-pointer after an offensive rebound.
The Thunder will start Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cason Wallace, Lu Dort, Jalen Williams and Chet Holmgren. The Hawks will start Zaccharie Risacher, Dyson Daniels, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Vit Krejci and Onyeka Okongwu.
