The Oklahoma City Thunder will host the Charlotte Hornets on Monday. This will be the second matchup of the season between the two squads. Last time, OKC cruised to a win on Nov. 15.
The Thunder (30-6) look to bounce back from a 108-105 loss to the Phoenix Suns on Sunday. Devin Booker scored the game-winning 3-pointer in the final seconds. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander struggled with 25 points on 8-of-22 shooting.
Meanwhile, the Hornets (12-23) enjoyed a 112-99 win over the Chicago Bulls on Saturday. Miles Bridges had 26 points and 14 rebounds in the upset victory. Much-needed for a team that’s fallen in the standings.

The shot process hasn’t been great for the Thunder. Williams can’t get an easy look off. You have Joe driving to the basket, trying circus finishes. And even when they get to the free-throw line, they can’t make their attempts. Some ugly basketball.
The Gilgeous-Alexander and Mitchell lineup helped the Thunder get back into this. The latter provided some self-creation that’s desperately needed with OKC.
Williams gets the turnover. The Thunder need some much-needed juice. They’re in a 21-9 deficit against the Hornets. They call a timeout. Gilgeous-Alexander has missed three shots to start.
The Thunder will start Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Lu Dort, Aaron Wiggins, Jalen Williams and Chet Holmgren. The Hornets will start LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, Kon Knueppel, Miles Bridges and Moussa Diabate.
