The Golden State Warriors lost 103-102 to the LA Clippers on Monday night, in a game that was both entertaining and frustrating. They had a chance to win on the final possession, but fell short.
Here’s a look at how Warriors fans reacted to the action, as seen through the comment section in the Golden State of Mind game thread.

First quarter: ‘Fingers crossed’
The big news of the first quarter was that Steph Curry went to the locker room unexpectedly. Thankfully, he turned out fine. But the Warriors offense went ice cold as the Clippers put together a 15-2 run. LA ended the frame in style with back-to-back corner threes from Nicolas Batum, and led 31-19.

Second quarter: ‘Steph is cooking’
The Warriors finally cut into a huge deficit with a late 9-0 run in the second quarter. They trailed just 55-51 going into halftime.

Cut it down to 4 going into the half at least, Steph is cooking since he came back but now I hope Dray is okay after crashing into the bottom of a bench chair chasing the ball out of bounds
Third quarter: ‘I’m loving Snoop on the broadcast’
The wheels started to fall off in the third quarter. It looked like the Dubs were headed for a blowout loss, though at least Snoop Dogg was providing entertaining commentary on the Peacock broadcast. The Warriors pulled a little closer, but still trailed 76-64 entering the fourth.

I’m loving Snoop on the broadcast ngl lmao

Steph seems like he’s got some sort of upper body injury, maybe in his side or arm. Looks like he’s with the trainers near the tunnel right now
Fourth quarter: ‘Some finish’
The Dubs used a great start to create a wildly entertaining fourth quarter. There was some atrocious officiating, which resulted in Steve Kerr getting ejected as he bull-rushed the refs with a profanity-laced tirade. The Warriors clawed their way back to make it close, but Curry fouled out in the final minute, and wasn’t on the floor for the final possession, as Jimmy Butler III badly missed a game-winner.

Badly managed game. Keep shooting 3s when you brick …and then back to back airballs – maddening yeesh
Only semblance of offense we had was gp2 cutting to the hoop.
