The Oklahoma City Thunder will travel on the road to face the Miami Heat on Saturday. This will be the second matchup of the season between the two squads. Last time, OKC collected a win on Jan. 11.

The Thunder (35-7) have won five in a row. They went on a second-half run to collect a 111-91 win over the Houston Rockets on Thursday. Chet Holmgren had 18 points, nine rebounds and four blocks to add to his NBA All-Star case.

Meanwhile, the Heat (21-20) couldn’t close things out in a 119-114 loss to the Boston Celtics on Thursday. Norma Powell scored an efficient 26 points. Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo each had 22 points.

Thunder 117, Heat 103: Back to playing their championship level, the Thunder have been on a roll. They’ve had two impressive wins. Facing a Heat squad that’s in disarray should be a level down. It’ll be interesting to see how OKC responds against a lesser team with no real juice. That said, the talent discrepancy may make that irrelevant. The Thunder are better across the board. They should be able to extend their win streak. Expect Gilgeous-Alexander to bounce back. Miami has some problems with its roster that could result in a shakeup soon.
