After losing for the 12th time in their last 21 games on Saturday to the Portland Trail Blazers, the Los Angeles Lakers return home on Sunday to face a surprisingly strong Toronto Raptors team. On Saturday, they had to go to battle very short-handed, as they were without Austin Reaves, Luka Dončić, Deandre Ayton, Jaxson Hayes and rookie forward Adou Thiero.

But they will be closer to full strength for Sunday’s game versus Toronto. Doncic, Ayton and Hayes will all be available to play, which means Los Angeles will have four of its five regular starters in action against the 25-18 Raptors.

In addition, LeBron James, who is always a question mark for the second game of a back-to-back set, will also be available.

After this game, the Lakers will start an eight-game road trip on Tuesday when they visit the Denver Nuggets. They currently sit in sixth place in the Western Conference with a 24-15 record and are in a virtual tie with the seventh-place Phoenix Suns.
