In Friday’s loss to the Rockets, Julius Randle led the way for the Timberwolves as he recorded 39 points and four rebounds while Naz Reid added 25 points, nine rebounds and four assists of his own off the bench.
Now Minnesota will try to bounce back on Saturday as they face off against the Spurs in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, San Antonio enters Saturday’s contest with a 28-13 record after defeating the Milwaukee Bucks at home on Thursday night.

Victor Wembanyama led the way for the Spurs in Thursday’s victory as he ended the game with 22 points and 10 rebounds while Stephon Castle recorded 19 points and 10 assists.
While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Saturday night’s matchup, both squads may be without some of their key players due to injuries.
Timberwolves Injury Report, Will Anthony Edwards Play?
For the Timberwolves, they have three players listed on their injury report, including both Anthony Edwards and Rudy Gobert.

Minnesota has listed Edwards as available for Saturday as he will return from a two-game absence due to right foot injury maintenance.
The Timberwolves have listed Gobert as questionable due to a left hip contusion and he is in danger of missing his first game since January 17.

If Gobert is sidelined, Reid may draw a start in his place while Joan Beringer could have an increased role off the bench.
Terrence Shannon Jr. has also been ruled out as he remains sidelined while recovering from a left foot strain.

On the other side, the Spurs have two player listed on their injury report for Saturday’s game against the Timberwolves.
