In Saturday’s loss to the Mavericks, Keyonte George led the way for the Jazz as he recorded 29 points and six assists while Brice Sensabaugh added 25 points and six rebounds of his own off the bench.

Now Utah will try to bounce back on Monday as they face off against the Spurs in a tough road matchup.

On the other side, San Antonio enters Monday’s contest with a 29-13 record after defeating the Minnesota Timberwolves at home on Saturday night.

Victor Wembanyama led the way for the Spurs in Saturday’s victory as he ended the game with 39 points and nine rebounds while De’Aaron Fox recorded 25 points, three rebounds and 12 assists.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Monday night’s matchup, one side may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

For the Jazz, they have four players listed on their injury report, including both Lauri Markkanen and Isaiah Collier.

Utah has ruled out Markkanen due to an illness as he will miss his fourth consecutive contest on Monday.

With Markkanen sidelined once again, Ace Bailey, Cody Williams and Kyle Filipowski could all be in line for larger roles.

The Jazz have also ruled out Walker Kessler and Georges Niang as they both remain sidelined while recovering from injuries.

Collier has been listed as questionable due to a right quad contusion and if he is sidelined, Walter Clayton Jr. could have an increased role off the bench.

Spurs Injury Report, Will Devin Vassell Play?

On the other side, the Spurs only have one player listed on their injury report as they have ruled out Devin Vassell.

San Antonio has ruled out Vassell due to a left adductor strain that has kept him out since December 31.

With Vassell still sidelined, Julian Champagnie will likely continue to fill in for him in the starting lineup while Keldon Johnson could have an increased role off the bench.
