The Detroit Pistons may be without Cade Cunningham on Wednesday, Jan. 21 in New Orleans.
Cunningham (illness) and Caris LeVert (illness) were both listed as questionable ahead of the Pistons’ road game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday (8 p.m., FanDuel Sports Network Detroit). Cunningham, selected as a 2026 All-Star Game starter on Monday, has missed five games this season, most recently on Jan. 10 with a right wrist contusion.

LeVert, a Michigan alumnus, has missed 10 games due to knee soreness and tendinopathy in his first season with the Pistons.
The Pistons improved to 31-10 Monday following their 104-103 win over the Boston Celtics on Monday. At the midway point of the season, they are off to their second-best start in franchise history, behind only the 2005-06 squad that began 36-5.
Cunningham was drafted No. 1 overall in 2021 by then-Pistons GM Troy Weaver, who is now an exec for the Pelicans under former Pistons GM Joe Dumars.
