QUINCY — It turned into a tough night for the Quincy High School boys and girls basketball teams.
With the Quincy Shootout modifiying its schedule due to frigid and the forecasted winter storm, the QHS team played back-to-back at Blue Devil Gym and both struggled. The QHS girls lost 78-49 to Principia, the No. 1-ranked team in the Missouri Class 3 state poll, while the QHS boys fell 75-37 to Rock Island in Western Big 6 Conference play.
