Michigan State basketball put on a show on Saturday afternoon, and it was at Maryland’s expense.
The Spartans routed the Terps on Saturday, winning the conference matchup by the final score of 91-48. Michigan State never trailed in the game, and led by double-digits for 35 of the game’s 40 minutes.

Michigan State got strong performances from a number of players on Saturday, but it was Jeremy Fears Jr. who starred the most. He finished the game leading the Spartans in scoring with 17 points and assists with a career-high 17 in the victory. Coen Carr (14 points), Carson Cooper (14 points) and Jaxon Kohler (11 points) also reached double-digits in scoring.
With the win, Michigan State improves to 18-2 overall and 8-1 in Big Ten play. The Spartans have now won 20 straight games against unranked opponents.
