Toronto Raptors rookie Collin Murray-Boyles has been listed as questionable to play on Sunday as the team wraps up a five-game road trip against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Murray-Boyles sustained the injury on Sunday in a loss to the Los Angeles Lakers when Luka Dončić hit his wrist on a shot attempt in the third quarter. He was ruled out of returning, recording 11 points, seven rebounds, five assists and three blocks in 24 minutes, 38 seconds.
The ninth overall pick in the 2025 NBA draft missed the Raptors’ last three games as he dealt with some pain and swelling. His status was upgraded to questionable on Friday in Portland, but he was ruled out by the team ahead of tip-off.
Murray-Boyles is averaging 7.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and two assists while shooting 53.6% from the field in 37 appearances. He is ninth among all rookies in rebounding and is the only first-year player to haul in at least 15 rebounds in multiple games this season.
The 20-year-old had started his last nine games for the Raptors in place of Jakob Poeltl, averaging 10.6 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.3 blocks. He has scored at least 10 points in five straight games, the third-longest active streak by a rookie this season.

Murray-Boyles is day-to-day with the injury and appears to be trending toward returning to the lineup soon. With Poeltl out, his eventual return should be a welcome addition to the court.
