The Boston Celtics took care of business at home against the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday night, 102-94.

Payton Pritchard led the C’s with 23 points. Jaylen Brown added 20 in what was a lackluster shooting night for Boston (43 percent from the floor).

Boston bounced back from Saturday’s loss despite being outscored in the second, third, and fourth quarters. A 32-11 first quarter proved too much for Portland to overcome.

The Celtics honored 2024 NBA champion Jrue Holiday after the first quarter with a tribute video. Both he and fellow ex-Celtic Robert Williams were playing their first game back at TD Garden, and Williams received a rousing ovation from the Boston crowd.
