The NBA predraft process is in full swing, and teams are ramping up their efforts by hosting private workouts and interviews with prospects before the festivities on June 25-26.
Teams are starting to schedule workouts with players now that the draft combine has been completed in Chicago, Illinois. They will likely prioritize meeting with early entrant prospects ahead of the withdrawal deadline on May 28, along with the other draft-eligible players.
The workouts and interviews will give players an excellent opportunity to improve their draft positioning in a competitive environment against their peers. Executives have often said the process can be a tremendous chance to get to know players on and off the court.
