Milwaukee Bucks President Peter Feigin receives key to city amid uncertainty
As Peter Feigin steps down from his role as Milwaukee Bucks president, he was honored with the key to the city, while Giannis Antetokounmpo’s future with the team remains uncertain.

Milwaukee Bucks President Peter Feigin was honored Thursday with the key to the city by Mayor Cavalier Johnson as he steps down from his leadership role. “Mayor, thank you for making me the mayor. Yeah, it’s OK. It’s just the key. Got it, got it, got it,” Feigin said. Feigin leaves behind a strong legacy after 12 years, having overseen the construction of Fiserv Forum, transformed the Deer District into a festive Cheer District at Christmas and guided the team to its first national championship in 50 years. In spite of the celebration, there is concern as the NBA trade deadline approaches. Antetokounmpo attended the event but did not speak to reporters.”I’d like to say how do we, how do we knock out the noise, you know, and you always joke about it and, and focus on, you know, if you asked him, he’s focused on rehab. All he cares about is getting back on the court. And he — the one thing that’s undeniable. This is his home. This is, like, where he raised his family. This is like what he loves,” Feigin said. Currently, Antetokounmpo is not playing as he recovers from a leg injury. As for Feigin, he plans to move back to New York to be with his family.”I will move back to New York for a while to be with my kids and my mom and kind of home, which I’m very excited about to, to get in.
