The Oklahoma City Thunder will travel on the road to face the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday. This will be the third matchup of the season between the two squads. They split the first two meetings as OKC lost a close game on Dec. 19.
The Thunder (38-10) picked up a badly-needed 104-95 win over the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 29 points while Chet Holmgren tallied a 20-point and 14-rebound double-double.
Meanwhile, the Timberwolves (29-19) enjoyed a 118-105 win over the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday. Julius Randle dominated with 31 points and five rebounds. Anthony Edwards had 20 points and six assists.

If Gilgeous-Alexander isn’t playing like Superman, the Thunder don’t have enough scorers to pick up the slack. That’s the reality of things right now. Meanwhile, Reid and Hyland have made some high-difficulty outside jumpers. Edwards has stepped up to the challenge, too.
