Indiana recalled Jones from the G League’s Noblesville Boom on Thursday.
Jones will rejoin the parent club ahead of Saturday’s clash with the Atlanta Hawks after spending a day with the G League squad. However, given the limited role he has played at the NBA level since recovering from a major back injury in December, he’s likely to remain a bench option in the short term.
