ZT details his best player prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for Saturday’s matchup between the Hawks and the Pacers.

After a fun afternoon matchup in Charlotte tips off the day, Saturday evening’s first action is an Eastern Conference matchup between the Atlanta Hawks and the Indiana Pacers at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. Let’s dive into the matchup and track down a few strong options from the player prop bets market. These best bets can be used as standalone plays or combined in a Same Game Parlay (SGP), as indicated at the bottom of the post.

In the bigger picture of the contest, the Hawks are slight 1.5-point road favorites with the point total set at 232.5. These two teams met on Monday of this week in Atlanta, where the Hawks won, 132-116.

In this rematch, the Hawks will be shorthanded with Onyeka Okongwu and Kristaps Porzingis out and Jalen Johnson, Vit Krejci and Zaccharie Risacher all questionable. The Pacers will be looking to get their third win in their last four games, which would be an unusual occurrence for the team that is only 12-36 on the season, the worst record in the Eastern Conference.

Let’s take a look at this matchup and break down my top prop bets from the Hawks and Pacers on Saturday.

Hawks at Pacers Best Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Pascal Siakam O24.5 points (-104)

Siakam remains the focal point of the Pacers’ offense, and he should be able to take it to the undermanned Hawks frontcourt either with or without Johnson. He’s averaging 23.7 points per game on the season, but I think he’ll be able to get over that average and reach at least 25 points Saturday night.

Spicy P had 26 points in the matchup between these teams on Monday, and he has gone over this prop line in four of his last seven games, alternating hits and misses for his last six games, and if that pattern continues, he’s due to go over this prop line Saturday.

The Hawks have been a favorable matchup for forwards all season, and if Johnson is out as well, it would set Siakam up in an even more favorable spot. If this game turns into a small-ball track meet due to the injuries, Siakam should thrive since he has proven he can put up plenty of points in a variety of scenarios.

Corey Kispert U2.5 rebounds (-105)

The Hawks got Kispert as part of their trade package for Trae Young, but in his time with the Hawks, Kispert hasn’t been asked to do much work on the glass. He has played 10 games for the Hawks, averaging 2.0 rebounds per game and he is averaging 2.2 rebounds per game overall on the season.

Kispert moved into the starting lineup for each of the Hawks’ last six games and is only averaging 1.5 rebounds during that stretch, staying under this prop line in all but one of those contests.

Even on Thursday with Risacher, Johnson and Okongwu all missing, he only had two rebounds in his 31 minutes against the Rockets. There could be more options available for the Hawks on Saturday, which could reduce his playing time and opportunities. Even if everyone is out, though, he showed in his last few games that even when he gets huge minutes, he doesn’t necessarily rack up a lot of rebounds, making the under a strong play on Saturday.

Andrew Nembhard 9+ Assists (+110)

Nembhard’s scoring has been inconsistent over the last few games, but he is running the offense very efficiently for the Pacers, going over this alternate assist line in nine of his last 11 games while averaging 9.4 assists per game during that stretch, raising his season average to 7.4 assists per contest.

On Monday, Nembhard dished out 13 assists in 30 minutes against the Hawks. He is averaging 32 minutes per game this season and played at least 33 minutes in five of his last six, so if anything, he should have even more chances to create in this rematch.

While his over 7.5 assists at -147 is a safer play, I’m comfortable enough in his recent form to take the alternate line and get the juicier odds.

Bonus Parlay Pick: Bennedict Mathurin O1.5 3PM (-146)

If you’re building an SGP (Same Game Parlay) to tip off your Saturday evening in this matchup, the four picks in this post combine to an even +1000 overall when we add in the over on Mathurin’s 3PM (three-pointers made).

I covered Mathurin’s 3PM in my favorite 3PM prop bets of the night, and as he ramps back up, I expect him to continue to get plenty of work alongside Nembhard and Siakam. Mathurin is typically a very aggressive shooter, and he should be able to hit multiple triples to round out this SGP on Saturday.
