Phoenix Suns wing Dillon Brooks listed Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James as the most overrated player in the NBA.

“I would probably say LeBron right now,” Brooks said on a Twitch live stream with N3on (h/t Yahoo Sports). “I feel like he overrated right now, his time is coming to an end.”

Brooks and James have been feuding for several years, with tensions particularly flaring during a first-round playoff series between the Lakers and Memphis Grizzlies in 2023.

The two clashed once again during Los Angeles’ 116-114 win over Phoenix on Dec. 14.

While James may no longer a perennial MVP contender during his 23rd season in the association, it’s difficult to consider him as overrated.

The 41-year-old is averaging 21.9 points, 6.6 assists and 5.8 rebounds per game while shooting 50.2 percent from the field and 32.8 percent from three-point territory.

James’ production is especially impressive considering the average game for an NBA player beyond 40 years old is 6.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game (via Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press).

Brooks and James will face off again on Feb. 26, as the Lakers travel to the Mortgage Matchup Center to take on the Suns at 9 p.m. ET.
