Iowa women’s basketball (18-4, 9-2 Big Ten) is back home, where the Hawkeyes welcome the Minnesota Golden Gophers (17-6, 5-6 Big Ten).

The 10th-ranked Hawkeyes are looking to get back in the win column after a tough West Coast trip featured losses at USC and at No. 2 UCLA. Even in a frustrating road trip, there were some bright spots for Iowa.

Freshman guard Journey Houston scored a career-high 16 points on 7-of-12 shooting at USC, and sophomore center Ava Heiden came alive after halftime at UCLA, scoring 19 points on 7-of-9 shooting in the final 20 minutes of play inside Pauley Pavilion.
