In Tuesday’s victory over the Pacers, Lauri Markkanen led the way for the Jazz as he recorded 27 points and three rebounds while Isaiah Collier added 17 points, five rebounds and 22 assists of his own.
Now Utah will try to grab another victory on Thursday as they face off against the Hawks in a tough road matchup.
On the other side, Atlanta enters Thursday’s contest with a 25-27 record after defeating the Miami Heat on the road on Tuesday night.

Jalen Johnson led the way for the Hawks in Tuesday’s victory as he ended the game with 29 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists while C.J. McCollum recorded 26 points and four rebounds off the bench.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Thursday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

For the Jazz, they have six players listed on their injury report, including both Jaren Jackson Jr. and Keyonte George.

Utah has ruled out Jackson Jr. after they acquired him from the Memphis Grizzlies in a blockbuster trade on Tuesday as the deal is still pending.

Vince Williams Jr. and John Konchar, who were both part of the Jackson Jr. trade, have also been ruled out for Thursday.
The Jazz have ruled out George due to a left ankle sprain as he will miss his third consecutive contest.

With George sidelined, Collier will likely be in line for an increased role once again, especially after the Jazz traded Walter Clayton Jr. to the Grizzlies.
Walker Kessler has also been ruled out as he continues to recover from shoulder surgery while Kevin Love has been listed as questionable due to an illness.

Hawks Injury Report, Will Jonathan Kuminga, Onyeka Okongwu Play?
On the other side, the Hawks have five players listed on their injury report, including both Jonathan Kuminga and Onyeka Okongwu.

Atlanta has listed Kuminga as day-to-day as he is not expected to play after the Hawks acquired him from the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday night in a trade that is still pending.
Buddy Hield is also not expected to play on Thursday after he was part of the Kuminga trade.

The Hawks have also listed Okongwu as questionable due to a dental fracture and there is a chance he could return from a three-game absence on Thursday.
N’Faly Dante and Duop Reath have been ruled out as they continue to recover from injuries while Jock Landale is not expected to play as the trade that sent him from the Jazz to the Hawks on Wednesday is still pending.
