Phoenix Suns All-Star guard Devin Booker will compete in the 2026 NBA 3-point shooting contest during NBA All-Star weekend, Feb. 14 at Intuit Dome.
Booker won the contest the last time All-Star weekend was in Los Angeles in 2018, reaching a then-record 28 points in the final round, at the now Crypto.com Arena.

The five-time All-Star will then play in the U.S. vs. World All-Star game Feb. 15. He’s on USA Stars in the three-team, round-robin format.
Booker is set to compete in the 3-point contest along with fellow 2026 All-Star selections Tyrese Maxey (Philadelphia 76ers), Donovan Mitchell (Cleveland Cavaliers), Jamal Murray (Denver Nuggets) and Norman Powell (Miami Heat) as well as rookie Kon Knueppel (Charlotte Hornets), Damian Lillard (Portland Trail Blazers) and Bobby Portis Jr. (Milwaukee Bucks).
The NBA announced the 3-point contest lineup Feb. 8.
Lillard is a two-time 3-point contest champion (2023, 2024), but he hasn’t played a game this season due to recovering from a torn Achilles tendon suffered last season with the Bucks.

Booker is the only other 3-point contest winner in the eight-man field.
The Suns’ all-time leading scorer, Booker, also has the lowest 3-point shooting percentage this season of the seven participants outside of Lillard, who hasn’t played this season.
Booker is shooting a career-low 30.7% from 3 in 42 games. He returned to action in a Feb. 7 loss to Philadelphia after missing seven games with a right ankle sprain.
Averaging 25.3 points this season, Booker scored 21 points, going 1-of-7 from 3, against the 76ers.

The NBA has recently geared its 3-point choices toward All-Stars and then filled the field out with players shooting a high percentage from deep, like Knueppel and Portis Jr.
Knueppel is also going to be in Los Angeles, competing in NBA Rising Stars on Feb. 13 and the Shooting Stars for Team Cameron on Feb. 14.
Booker has participated in the 3-point contest four times (2016, 2018, 2019, 2020).
He finished second to Buddy Hield in 2020 in Chicago as Hield, the final participant, hit the final shot, a money ball, to edge Booker by a point, 27-26.
Hield went 4-of-5 on the final rack of all money balls.

Booker reached the finals as a rookie in 2016, but he finished third to contest winner Klay Thompson and runner-up Stephen Curry.
