After a video went viral of an Indiana Pacers fan having garbage thrown at him by New York Knicks fan, Tyrese Haliburton offered to fly the fan to Indianapolis to see Game 4.

“The fan, Hans Perez, will attend Game 4 of the ECF as a courtesy from Tyrese Haliburton and the Pacers. After Game 6, the fan was wearing a Haliburton jersey in the streets of New York and had bags of trash thrown at him by Knicks fans.”

Haliburton invited Perez on the Pat McAfee Show.

The Pacers have been so impressive in this postseason.

They pulled off quite a feat upsetting the New York Knicks in Game 1. These numbers are astounding.

NBA teams are 0-970 in the playoffs over the last 27 years when trailing by 14+ points with under 2:50 left in regulation. The Pacers are the first team to overcome that deficit with that little time left.

Since 1996-1997, teams trailing 7+ in last 50 seconds of the 4th quarter or OT in the playoffs are 4-1702. The Pacers have three of those four wins and they all took place in this postseason. One against the Milwaukee Bucks in overtime, one against the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round, and Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Teams trailing by 9+ points with 1:00 minute left in the playoffs were 0-1434 until Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Admittedly, I took off on vacation Friday and missed Games 2 and 3, so fill in the fun facts in the comments and enjoy Game 4.
