The NBA is investigating the Oklahoma City Thunder for what the NBA is saying, player absences in *** game last week against the San Antonio Spurs, and essentially what the NBA is saying is the Thunder sat and rested guys when they could have been healthy and could have played in *** nationally televised game against the San Antonio Spurs. Um, so, look, um, I think the Thunder would tell you that they’ve had *** lot of injuries all season. They played *** lot of games here coming up. They’ve had *** lot of guys banged up. The NBA is arguing or at least investigating the fact that they only had 8 guys for the game, 5 regulars, and then 3 of the guys that go from G-League to the NBA. And so we’ll see how this shakes out. There are rules against sitting guys when they’re healthy. Thunder will certainly argue that their guys weren’t that, but It did strike *** nerve with the NBA the way that the Thunder played those guys or didn’t play and sat those guys. So the investigation will begin, uh, as far as the Oklahoma City Thunder goes, and we’ll see how that shakes out.
