The annual showcase for the league’s top players tips off this week with three days of televised All-Star events on NBC and Peacock. It all culminates in the 75th NBA All-Star Game (Sunday, February 15 at 5 p.m. ET on NBC and Peacock), and the NBA has literally cut zero corners when it comes to prepping the hardwood playing surface at the Intuit Dome — the event’s host venue in Inglewood, California — to mark the occasion from every angle.

The Intuit Dome’s court design details for the 2026 NBA All-Star Game
To commemorate the 2026 NBA All-Star Game, the league has unveiled a sleek graphical treatment for the court at the Intuit Dome (as well as at the nearby Kia Forum, where additional All-Star action will unfold).
At both courts, the playing surface features a shaded triangle grid pattern that kaleidoscopes and merges into neat angular shapes where triangles intersect. In places, that even includes a handful of very obvious star patterns, most notably right above and beneath the “All-Star 2026” logo at center court — which itself calls out the game’s California setting against a silhouette of LA’s signature palm tress.
During the NBA season, the Intuit dome serves as the home court of the Los Angeles Clippers, and the court design for this year’s All-Star Game draws inspiration from the city itself, as well as from this year’s new “USA vs. World” All-Star format.
The Clippers’ red-and-blue team colors and even the Intuit Dome’s architecture are key design cues: “The court is designed in the Clippers’ color palette of navy blue, red, and Pacific Blue which flood the sidelines and baselines,” the NBA explained in a series of social media posts, adding that “various shades of wood stain cover the playing surface, accented by nautical stars and triangular patterns derived from the Intuit Dome’s outer structure.”
In all, as the NBA summarized, “the NBA All-Star court celebrates the city’s rich basketball history and the league’s global influence.” The league’s international flavor will get a big shout-out thanks to the game’s three-team mini-tournament format, which features two teams of American players and one team made up of players from other countries.
