What is Hawks Rewards?
Hawks Rewards presented by Chase is the official loyalty program of the Atlanta Hawks, College Park Skyhawks and State Farm Arena.
Hawks Rewards is accessible through the Hawks & State Farm Arena App and
Rewards.Hawks.com. Fans can purchase unlock once-in-a-lifetime experiences
and items by attending games, completing challenges, and playing games such as Trivia. Special opportunities include courtside
access, postgame free throw opportunities, early arena entry, pregame on-court experiences, player and celebrity meet-and-greet
opportunities, official team merchandise and event tickets.
Do the Atlanta Hawks have a Kids program?
Yes! The Squawk Squad is the official kids program of the
Atlanta Hawks and the College Park Skyhawks. From free tickets and early entry to exclusive events, swag, workouts, rewards, and
more, kids enjoy unique perks all season long. Choose the free Rookie tier or upgrade to All-Star for even bigger rewards and
unforgettable memories.

What are points, and how do I use them?
Points are earned by attending games and events, scanning your QR code in the arena, playing games like Trivia, and more within
Hawks Rewards. You can exchange points for items and experience within the Hawks Rewards Marketplace.
What benefits do Hawks Season Ticket Members get access to?
Hawks Season Ticket Members are automatically enrolled and get an extra 20% off on Food, non-alcoholic beverages, and Hawks Shop
merchandise. In addition, they have access to member-only events and experiences in the arena within Hawks Rewards.
How do I earn points and rewards?
Earn rewards by attending games, completing challenges, making purchases in the arena, playing games such as trivia.
If you earn a reward, you will receive a notification. You can also check to see your available rewards by tapping ‘Wallet’ on the
Hawks Rewards Homepage.
Rewards cannot be sold, refunded, transferred, or rescheduled.
How do I claim Rewards?
To claim rewards, follow the instructions on the reward. Your reward may be claimed digitally, or picked up in the arena. If it’s a
physical reward like a Bobblehead, Season Ticket Members can pick up in the Membership center. Non-members and Squawk Squad can
claim physical rewards at our booths outside of sections 108 and 217 during game days only.
If you are rewarded Hawks Bucks or points, they will automatically be added to your account. Hawks Bucks are automatically applied
to each transaction in the arena and Hawks Rewards Marketplace before your Hawks Card is charged.
What are Hawks Bucks, and how do I use them?
Hawks Bucks are the Atlanta Hawks and State Farm Arena’s official digital currency that can be spent on any merchandise, food, or
beverage purchase within the arena via your Hawks Card. Hawks Bucks can also be used to purchase experiences and items within the
Hawks Rewards Marketplace.
To use your Hawks Bucks, scan your Hawks Card QR code within the Atlanta Hawks mobile app located on home page, account page, or
within the Hawks Rewards page.
How do I earn Hawks Bucks?
Hawks Bucks are awarded to Season Ticket Members upon the purchase or renewal of qualifying membership packages, the purchase of
qualifying ticket packages, or through certain challenges, games, and experiences within Hawks Rewards.
Do Hawks Bucks or points expire?
Hawks Bucks and Points expire at the end of the regular season, and do not roll over.
Do I need a game or concert ticket for Add-Ons?
Yes, all add-on experiences in the arena, like post-game free throws, require a ticket to the game.
