“It was really nice to get one back on Quincy, we went over there earlier in the year and came up short, and this Quincy team is solid, like usual, they are really blessed over there,” Union City coach Ben Chard said. “Our boys really came into this game with a plan, especially on the defensive end, we wanted to put multiple bodies on their best players, we wanted to rebound or at least tip it and keep things alive, and we were able to take care of that tonight against a very good Quincy team.”

We talked about it at halftime and I just told them all we have to do is execute and doing the little things that have helped us get to where we are.” – Quincy coach Connor Aemisegger
