Embiid has been nursing his knee injury and will be missing his second consecutive game. Regardless, the 76ers are letting their franchise superstar be refreshed and fully recovered once the season resumes next week.
Embiid appeared in 31 games so far this 2025-26, averaging 26.6 points, 7.5 boards and 3.9 assists.
Andre Drummond and Adem Bona are slated to anchor Philly against New York with Embiid inactive.
