Blazers’ Lillard wins 3-Point Contest at NBA All-Star Weekend

  • February 16, 2026

LOS ANGELES (KPTV) – Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard won the 3-Point Contest at NBA All-Star Weekend on Saturday.

It marked the third time the sharp-shooter has won the contest over his career, also winning in 2023 and 2024. He joins Craig Hodges and Larry Bird as the only three-time winners of the annual event.

Lillard, out for the season while recovering from a torn Achilles in last year’s NBA Playoffs, was a surprise addition to the field last weekend.

He defeated Charlotte Hornets rookie Kon Knueppel and Phoenix Suns guard Devin Booker in the final round, after Booker missed his final three shots.

The Blazers are well represented at this year’s All-Star Weekend.

Donovan Clingan and rookie Yang Hansen participated in the Rising Stars Challenge on Friday, while Deni Avdija is set to compete in Sunday’s All-Star Game.
