Nylah Marshall scored 21 points to lead Rancocas Valley to a 47-36 victory over Sterling in a non-conference game in Somerdale.
Marshall, a sophomore guard, made a pair of 3-pointers, and converted five of seven free throw attempts for the Red Devils (9-13).
Molly Doppler added nine points while Keturah Green contributed five points for Rancocas Valley.
Sterling (6-19) was led by Lexi Kuhn, who matched Marshall’s game-high 21 points. Kuhn connected on a trio of 3-pointers, and was perfect from the free throw line, making all six of her attempts.
The game was tied at 10 after the first quarter, but Rancocas Valley pulled ahead in the second quarter, outscoring Sterling 11-8 to take a 21-18 lead into halftime.
The Red Devils maintained their advantage in the third quarter with an 11-9 scoring edge before pulling away in the fourth, outscoring the Silver Knights 17-9 to secure the 11-point victory.
Montgomery Draham added six points for Sterling, while Synai Gainer contributed six points for Rancocas Valley.
