Boston Celtics point guard alum Rajon Rondo is one of the greatest teammates of all time. Or at least that is the point of view of the folks behind the “Rick Strom” podcast, who took some time on a recent episode of their show to talk over why it is that Rondo has been so beloved by teammates (save one particular defector to the Miami Heat, anyway) over the course of his likely Hall of Fame career in the NBA.
Strom, the eponymous cohost of the show, sits down with a former teammate of the Celtics floor general from his time suiting up for the Sacramento Kings as evidence of this G.O.A.T. status as a teammate, as well as some other Celtics-adjacent history from his time in the Association.
Take a look at the clip embedded below to hear what they had to say about why Rondo was such a great teammate and more.
