The Philadelphia 76ers will begin a 3-game road trip on Saturday when they take on the New Orleans Pelicans as they look to right the ship. The Sixers have lost three in a row and will be looking to take advantage of the lowly Pelicans to begin this 3-game trip–and the first night of a back-to-back.

The Sixers will continue to miss Paul George (league suspension) as he serves the ninth of his 25-game suspension for violating the league’s anti-drug policy. The Sixers continue to miss his presence on both ends of the floor.

As for Joel Embiid (right knee injury management, right shin soreness), he is listed as out. The 3-game losing skid the Sixers are on at the moment has coincided with him missing the previous three games. As he is set to miss his fourth-straight game, Philadelphia will have to find a way to earn a much-needed win without the big fella.

The Sixers and the Pelicans will tip off at 7 p.m. EST from the Smoothie King Center down in New Orleans on Saturday.
