Dallas Mavericks superstar rookie Cooper Flagg dropped some big money on rookie cards of former Duke teammate Kon Knueppel on Saturday.
In a video posted on Topps’ official X account, Flagg agreed to spend $7,000 on a series of rookie cards featuring Knueppel, who is a rising star with the Charlotte Hornets:
All of the cards shown were Topps products, and several were autographed, low-numbered or both.
While Flagg is the NBA Rookie of the Year front-runner after going first overall in the 2025 NBA draft to the Mavs, Knueppel isn’t far behind, as the 2025 No. 4 overall pick is averaging 19.1 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.4 three-pointers made per game.
