Despite retaining star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo at the NBA trade deadline earlier this month, the Milwaukee Bucks are reportedly still expected to let go of the two-time MVP at some point.
NBA insider Jake Fischer reported that he’s been in contact with “four sources close to the situation who have all maintained that a move to a true title contender is the most likely endgame for the 31-year-old.”
While the Miami Heat were among the teams known to have pursued Antetokounmpo at the trade deadline, Fischer revealed that the Los Angeles Lakers, Brooklyn Nets, San Antonio Spurs and Houston Rockets could all emerge as potential trade suitors for him this summer.
