Dominique Wilkins praises Zaccharie Risacher
Dominique Wilkins spoke to ESports Insider about the Atlanta Hawks. He admitted that he is backing Zaccharie Risacher to find a lot of success.
He admitted that for his age, Risacher’s performances have been very impressive. Wilkins anticipates Risacher to find a lot of success.
“The young fella [Zaccharie] Risacher – I tell people, be patient with this kid. He’s going to be pretty good. This year alone, he had two or three 30-point games.”
“This kid can play. He’s young. People have to let him grow. He’s only 19 years old, but he’s going to be special. I love this kid.”
“Guys at that age have to go through a learning curve, but he learned very quickly. In the very beginning, he got pushed around a little bit, but he showed no fear.”
“As the season went on, you could see him progressing more and more. The great thing is, he had a chance to learn on the job in a starting role.”
“He got there quicker than some of the rookies who came in this past year. He was able to play with a great point guard and a nice supporting cast to help him along.”

Hawks can build around French rookie
With Trae Young being the standout superstar, Zaccharie Risacher is the player they must develop to help build a championship contender.
He has played at a high level and shown that he can be a reliable second option. Add to that the rise of Dyson Daniels as a two-way player, the Hawks have a decent core.
Now, all they need to do is make the right moves. Keeping head coach Quin Snyder in his role would serve them well, as he has shown he can build a contending roster during his time with the Jazz.
It’s up to the Hawks’ front office to ensure that they keep adding the right pieces, whether it be through the draft, trades, or free agency, to build a strong side.
