BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The top four seeds advanced to Sunday’s semifinal round of the 2026 PenFed Credit Union Patriot League Men’s Basketball Championship, with No. 2 Lehigh and No. 4 Boston University winning on dramatic game-winning shots.
 
No. 2 Lehigh shocked No. 10 Holy Cross, as junior guard Nasir Whitlock connected on a game-winning heave from beyond half court as time expired in a 69-66 victory. No. 3 Colgate held off No. 6 Loyola Maryland behind a career-high 28 points from sophomore guard Ben Tweedy. The second-seeded Mountain Hawks will host No. 3 Colgate at noon on CBS Sports Network in Sunday’s quarterfinal round. 
 
The top-seeded Midshipmen overcame an early deficit behind second-half performances from junior guard Cam Cole and senior forward Mike Woods to defeat No. 8 Bucknell, 74-69. No. 4 Boston University outlasted No. 5 American, as Terriers freshman guard Chance Gladden hit the game-winner with two seconds remaining in regulation in a 75-73 win. No. 1 Navy welcomes No. 4 Boston University on Sunday, with live coverage on CBS Sports Network beginning at 2 p.m.

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Navy junior guard Cam Cole and senior forward Mike Woods combined for 21 points in the second half to help the top-seeded Midshipmen hold off No. 8 Bucknell, 74-69, and advance to the semifinal round of the Patriot League Championship for the second straight season.
*Cole scored 11 of his team-high 16 points after the break while shooting 5-of-10 from the floor, 4-of-8 from 3-point range, for a Midshipmen squad that connected on 48 percent of its attempts from long range.  
*Woods scored 10 of his 12 points in the second half, shooting 5-of-5 from the floor after the break.
*Patriot League Player of the Year Austin Benigni and junior guard Jinwoo Kim scored 14 points apiece, while junior guard Jordan Pennick finished with 12 points.
*Bucknell senior guard Achile Spadone scored a game-high 20 points to go along with seven rebounds to lead the Bison.
*Freshman center Amon Dörries finished with 17 points, five rebounds and four assists. Sophomore guard Aleksander Pachucki and freshman guard Pat Curtin tallied 11 and 10 points, respectively.

BOSTON – Freshman guard Chance Gladden’s jumper with two seconds remaining in regulation lifted No. 4 Boston University to a 75-73 victory over No. 5 American to advance to the semifinal round of the 2026 PenFed Credit Union Patriot League Men’s Basketball Championship.
*Gladden finished with 16 points on 7-of-12 shooting, while sophomore center Ben Defty led the Terriers with 20 points on 10-of-13 shooting. He also added seven rebounds, four assists and three blocks.
*Terriers guard Donte Tisinger Jr. scored 13 points off the bench, while junior guard Michael McNair added 12 points to help BU advance.
*American freshman guard Madden Collins scored a game-high 22 points, shooting 9-of-12 from the field to go along with five rebounds and two steals.
*Sophomore forward Julen Iturbe added 12 points for the defending League champions in the loss.

HAMILTON, N.Y. – Sophomore guard Ben Tweedy scored a career-high 28 points to lead No. 3 Colgate to a 90-77 victory over No. 6 Loyola Maryland at Cotterell Court and help the Raiders advance to the Patriot League Men’s Basketball Championship semifinals for the ninth straight season.
*Tweedy shot 7-of-10 from the field, including 5-of-8 from 3-point range, while junior guard Jalen Cox posted a double-double with 21 points and a game-high 11 assists.
*Patriot League Rookie of the Year Andrew Alekseyenko finished with 17 points and five rebounds, while junior forward Sam Wright added 12 points, as Colgate shot 63 percent from the field.
*Loyola Maryland sophomore guard Braeden Speed led the Greyhounds with 19 points and eight assists.
*Junior guard Jordan Stiemke and freshman forward Emmett Adair finished with 17 and 16 points, respectively.

*Whitlock, the Patriot League’s leading scorer, finished with a game-high 29 points on 11-of-24 shooting, including 4-of-6 from 3-point range to send the Mountain Hawks back to the semifinals for the first time since 2024.
*Sophomore forward Hank Alvey hit a layup with 1:12 remaining to tie the score at 64, helping erase a six-point deficit. He added 14 points, three rebounds and three assists.
*Junior guard Joshua Ingram added 12 points, six rebounds and four assists in the Mountain Hawks’ first win against Holy Cross in the postseason in eight tries.  
*Holy Cross sophomore guard Tyler Boston led the Crusaders with 24 points, hitting 6-of-12 from the field, 3-of-6 from 3-point range and 9-of-10 from the free-throw line.
*Junior forward Gabe Warren added 12 points and seven rebounds, while freshman forward Aiden Disu contributed 11 points and eight boards.
