The Phoenix Suns continue a three-game homestand on Friday, March 6, against the New Orleans Pelicans at Mortgage Matchup Center in the second of a back-to-back for both teams.
The 7 p.m. MST game is being televised on 3TV and Arizona’s Family Sports.

The Suns are without Dillon Brooks (left hand fracture), Mark Williams (left foot third metatarsal stress reaction) and Jordan Goodwin (left calf strain).
They are starting Collin Gillespie, Devin Booker, Jalen Green, Royce O’Neale and Oso Ighodaro. O’Neale has been upgraded from questionable to available with right foot soreness.

Phoenix (36-27) is 3-0 against New Orleans. The Suns are coming off a 105-103 loss to the Chicago Bulls.
The Pelicans (20-44) are starting Dejounte Murray, Trey Murphy III, Saddiq Bey, Zion Williamson and Herb Jones.
New Orleans won at Sacramento, 133-123, on Thursday, March 5.

Suns start fast, up at halftime
Phoenix led by as many as 10 points in taking a 58-52 halftime lead over the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Suns started the game with a 7-0 run. They later fell behind by seven, but later went on a 16-5 run to take a 58-48 advantage with 63 seconds left in the first hlf.
Jalen Green has scored a game-high 18 points after scoring just 12 on 5-of-20 shooting in Thursday’s loss to the Chicago Bulls. Oso Ighodaro has added 10 points on 5-of-5 shooting.
Zion Williamson leads the Pelicans with 15 points. New Orleans is shooting 3-of-14 from 3.
