Portland Trail Blazers rookie Yang Hansen registered his fourth double-double in the G League on Thursday, helping the Rip City Remix in a loss to the San Diego Clippers.
Yang produced 16 points, 13 rebounds, two assists and one blocked shot in the 126-115 loss on the road at Frontwave Arena. He finished by shooting 8-of-19 from the field in 30 minutes as the Remix dropped to 16-14 in the regular season.
The 16th overall pick once again showcased his scoring in the paint and playmaking out of the post, with his passing and vision. He also helped control the glass throughout his time on the court, hauling in seven rebounds on offense alone.
Yang has played sporadically with the Trail Blazers, averaging 2.2 points and 1.5 rebounds in 7.3 minutes across 38 appearances. He recorded a season-high nine points, five rebounds, three assists and one block in a loss to the Phoenix Suns on. Nov. 18.
The 7-footer made his 13th appearance in the G League on Thursday, averaging 17.5 points, 9.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.5 blocks while shooting 57.5% from the field. He has finished in double figures 12 times, including a 31-point performance on Wednesday.

Yang was recalled by the Trail Blazers on Friday after another stint with the Remix. The team will likely continue to explore opportunities for him in the G League as the season winds down.
