The Boston Celtics will make the trip back to their home arena to face the lowly Washington Wizards this Saturday (March 14) night. The Celtics are going to be looking for some wins after taking their lumps on their recent road trip, while the Wiz will likely be continuing their quest for the best lottery odds possible as a franchise.
But Boston needs to take care not to dismiss Washington’s players, who were roundly embarrassed recently while the Miami Heat’s Bam Adebayo used their dysfunction to break scoring records. We expect a Celtics win, but only if Boston respects what might be a wounded bear of an opponent – dangerous if your guard is down.
