Harrison Barnes is an NBA Champion. He nabbed his ring a decade ago at the start of the Golden State dynasty. He was an integral piece of their success, but was understandably overlooked by the likes of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, and Andre Iguodala.

In 2016, Barnes signed with the Dallas Mavericks. The added time and responsibility yielded his highest single-season scoring average of 19.2. Over the past years in Dallas and Sacramento, Barnes has show leadership and consistent productivity making him a valuable commodity.

Harrison Barnes was the veteran presence the Spurs needed this season, and the Silver & Black got him for a steal. The Kings were making cap room to accept DeMar DeRozan and the Spurs were able to capitalize.

Barnes played in all 82 games this season, his third year in a row to do so. The man is a machine.

Beyond the hardwood, Harrison and his wife support a variety of causes uplifting the community with their continued generosity.

Today, Barnes turns 33. He has one more season before becoming a free agent, which means the Spurs have one more season to convince him this is the team that will bring him his next ring.

Happy birthday, Harrison.
