Emergency crews responded to the collision, near Northwest Expressway and North Morgan Road, just before 12:20 p.m. Saturday.
Officials said 3 cars and a motorcycle were involved in the wreck, which happened after a vehicle being driven east went into the west bound lanes of Northwest Expressway and struck another vehicle head-on.
One of the drivers involved in the collision died from their injuries, police officials said.
At least one other person was injured in the wreck.
