The madness of March is upon us, and the 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament is within reach as college hoops fans throughout the nation have begun filling out brackets. Making this year’s tournament even more exciting, Kalshi is bringing back Warren Buffet’s 2014 bracket challenge with a $1 Billion dollar prize for a perfect bracket. At this point, filling out brackets for the NCAA Basketball Tournament is synonymous with March. 64 teams, 63 games, 9.2 quintillion possible outcomes, and a $1 Billion prize for a perfect bracket. If there are no perfect brackets, Kalshi will still crown a winner, and a $1 Million prize will be paid out to the top-scoring bracket. If there are no perfect brackets and several users tie for the highest score, the $1 Million will be split among the top scores. Additionally, $1 Million will be donated to charity as part of the Kalshi Perfect Bracket Challenge.
The contest is free to enter, and there is no deposit requirement on Kalshi to participate. Age verification is required (participants must be 18+), and there is a limit of one entry per person. Looking to join the fun and submit your bracket on Kalshi? Follow these steps to create an account, make your picks, and take your shot at winning $1 Billion (or a share of $1 Million) from the Kalshi Bracket Challenge for March Madness.
