The lowest character flaw?
As a child of Nigerian immigrants, I grew up in a very direct culture, so sometimes my blunt honesty hits a little too hard here—I’ve learned to soften the edges. 😉
Where do you go when you’re celebrating?
Barcelona Wine Bar. The music at Barça makes you want to dance in your seat, and the bathroom lighting is GREAT for selfies.
How about when commiserating over a defeat?
Hewing Hotel.
Any special game-day rituals?
As a dancer, my ritual was to pack my bag first thing in the morning so I could transition quickly from work.

I took dance classes at Klass Mpls every week when I was preparing to audition before my first season.

Jonas Brothers at Grand Casino Arena! A childhood dream come true.

Anywhere with a great DJ! Ava, Jetset, Last Call, Rumba are some of my faves!

Mad Mardigan, DJ Dudley D, and DJ Matty Matt hold it DOWN spinning at the Target Center!
Do you have a favorite song about Minneapolis (or St. Paul)?
In “Churchill Downs” by Jack Harlow feat. Drake, Drake says “cold like the Minnesota Vikings at home.” I love a hometown shout-out.
What’s been your greatest achievement here?
My current role as resident choreographer! It’s the inaugural year for the role, and I am so excited to give talented dancers from across the Twin Cities the same energy I had as a dancer!
