On Wednesday, the Washington Wizards announced that forward Kyshawn George was diagnosed with a partial tear of his left ulnar collateral ligament in his left elbow. The injury was at a Grade 2 distal tear, per the Wizards’ report.
George will be reevaluated next week. Given that the Wizards are not competing for a playoff spot, there doesn’t appear to be any rush for them to bring George back right away. George was initially ruled out in early March.
