Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark proved that she’s still one of the best players in the world following her eight-month injury layoff. The 24-year-old announced her return with an MVP run in the recently concluded FIBA Women’s World Cup Qualifying Tournament in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Clark was back to her best, leading Team USA to an unblemished 5-0 record. The 6-foot guard started just one game throughout the tournament, but she led the entire squad in minutes with 21.2 per contest. She averaged 11.6 points on 52.9% shooting, while also leading the entire tournament in assists with 6.4 per game.

Now that she’s back on home soil, Clark decided to put on a different hat on Wednesday night. The two-time WNBA All-Star accepted an invitation from the Indiana Pacers to be a guest photographer for Wednesday’s home matchup against LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.

Clark sat courtside with other professional photographers and media personnel. After the game, she took to social media to share an update about her most recent WNBA offseason move.

“Got some good stuff coming,” she posted on X.

Clark’s update was met with excitement by the fans.

“so excited,” a comment on X read.

“I’m sure photos will be 🔥 can’t miss,” another said.

“You look like a natural. Can’t wait to see the results,” a user wrote.

“Drop it all goat 🔥🔥🔥” a reaction read.

“Can’t wait to see these CC photos!! 🔥🔥🔥” said another.

“can’t wait for the results!!!” a fan wrote.

Unfortunately for the Pacers, not even Clark’s presence was enough to inspire them to victory. The Lakers came and conquered, securing a 137-130 win at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Despite the unwanted result of the game, however, fans still had a lot to cheer about with Clark back in the building. Supporters are now eagerly anticipating the results of her day behind the camera.
