On Sunday evening, the New York Knicks will be in Oklahoma City to take on the Thunder.
The Knicks most recently lost to the Hornets (in Charlotte) by a score of 114-103.
Ariel Hukporti did not play in the game.

Before Sunday’s game, the Knicks announced that they had assigned Hukporti to the G League.

Hukporti has been excellent during his stints in Westchester.
On Saturday night, he led the team to a 123-121 victory over the Windy City Bulls.
The 23-year-old finished with 32 points, ten rebounds, one assist, one steal and five blocks while shooting 13/23 from the field and 4/6 from three-point range in 38 minutes of playing time.

Hukporti was the 58th pick in the 2024 NBA Draft.
He has spent each of his first two season as a pro with the Knicks organization.
While the 23-year-old has been good in Westchester, he has had limited playing time in the NBA.
Right now, Hukporti is averaging 1.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per contest while shooting 55.0% from the field and 25.0% from three-point range in 49 games.

The Knicks have had another elite season.
They are the third seed in the Eastern Conference with a 48-26 record in 74 games.
Following the Thunder, the Knicks will continue their road trip when they visit Kevin Durant and the Houston Rockets on Tuesday.
