The Los Angeles Lakers had a professional approach. The Lakers came in and got the job done – it doesn’t matter who they are playing. On Monday, LeBron James tied the wins record for the playoffs and regular season against the Washington Wizards. He has another triple-double, his third of the season and 125th overall in his career. James is 41 years old, and he had a triple-double, which shows how hard he works to get to where he is now.
“I told myself when I turned 40, I wanted to do something that was maybe uncomfortable or that I had never done in my life before,” King James told reporters.
Luke Kennard scored 19 points and drained shots with exceptional accuracy again.
“Our Bigs were what they were, 13 for 13 from the floor,” James said. “They had 14 rebounds, five blocks, and one for one from the three.”
“I mean, it’s pretty cool to know that I’m at this point in my career and I’m still able to do those things,” James said. “It’s super dope, it’s super humbling, and just to put the work in and continue to put the work in, and those are the results of it.”

Head coach JJ Redick said, Jaxson Hayes is the best on the team in terms of verticality and being the low man. Hayes watched lots of film, making sure he was reading and learning where he had to be at the right times.
“If I get an open one, I’m going to definitely shoot it,” Hayes said in the post-game press conference. “I can’t just work on dunking all day, so I got to work on some things.”

LeBron James reacts to Bronny and Bryce’s success
James reacted to both of his sons’ successes at once, with Bronny James’ G-League team securing the number one seed on Saturday, while Bryce’s team Arizona Wildcats, advanced to the Final Four. James had Bryce’s game on the iPad sitting on the table, and his wife had Bryce’s game on the TV. They were watching both at the same time. James was watching Bronny go off and also seeing Bryce celebrate with his teammates.
“My boy’s first year in college, he’s going to the final four, and Bronny doing what he’s doing, continue to get better,” James said.
“I mean, listen, we’re a winning family, and that’s all we’ve ever done,” James said. “And it doesn’t even mean in sports, I mean in life. We’re winning family. So all this other s**t is just extra credit, and we’re super appreciative of it.”
Off the court, James is locked in on golf.
“I love the sport, I appreciate the sport, I love how difficult it is, and I love a challenge,” he said. “In Orlando, we beat the s**t out of the coaches.
“I never played golf in my life before, never followed the sport really… But right now, I’m having a hell of a time playing it.”
The Lakers are set to face their next opponent Cleveland Cavaliers, on Tuesday.
“I can speak up to now: we’re in a good place right now,” James said. “We’ve got to carry that for the rest of the regular season.”
